License Terms

What You Can Do

Both Standard and Exclusive licenses grant you the following rights:

• Content Creation: Use in YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch streams, podcasts, and any other social media platform
• Commercial Projects: Use in advertisements, corporate videos, presentations, websites, and apps
• Monetization: Monetize content containing the licensed music on YouTube, Spotify, and other platforms
• Broadcasting: Use in TV shows, films, documentaries, and radio (subject to sync rights)
• Live Performance: Use as background music in live events, conferences, and presentations
• Gaming: Use in video games, game streams, and gaming content
• Editing: Edit, loop, remix, or modify the track for your specific needs
• Distribution: Distribute your final project containing the music through any channel

What You Cannot Do

The following restrictions apply to both license types:

• Resale: You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the music files
• Standalone: You cannot sell or distribute the music as a standalone file or product
• Music Libraries: You cannot add the music to stock music libraries or competing services
• Content ID: You cannot register the music with YouTube Content ID or similar systems
• False Attribution: You cannot claim to be the composer or original creator
• Trademark Use: You cannot use the music as part of a trademark or logo sound
• Sharing Licenses: You cannot share your license with others (licenses are non-transferable)
• Illegal Use: You cannot use the music for illegal, defamatory, or harmful purposes

AI-Generated Tracks

Tracks created through Musiqueen's AI Music Studio are subject to the same licensing terms as all other tracks on the platform, with the following additional provisions:

• Ownership: All AI-generated tracks are owned by Musiqueen upon creation, regardless of who submitted the generation prompt.
• Standard License: When you purchase a Standard license for an AI-generated track, the same track may also be licensed to other users under a Standard license.
• Exclusive License: When you purchase an Exclusive license for an AI-generated track, the track is removed from the public catalog and no further licenses will be issued.
• AI Disclosure: AI-generated tracks are created using artificial intelligence and may be labeled as such. This does not affect the validity or scope of your license.
• Creator Credit: You are not required to credit the AI or Musiqueen when using AI-generated tracks under a valid license, unless your license type specifically requires attribution.

License Duration

All licenses are perpetual and worldwide. This means:

• Your license never expires
• You can use the music forever in any project created after your purchase
• Content created using the licensed music remains licensed even if you delete your account
• You can re-download the music files from your library at any time

Standard License Details

When you purchase a Standard License ($2.99):

• The track remains available for others to purchase (non-exclusive)
• Multiple users can have Standard licenses for the same track
• You receive immediate access to download the audio file
• You receive a PDF license certificate with a unique license ID
• You can verify your license anytime via our public verification page
• No attribution required (but always appreciated)

Exclusive License Details

When you purchase an Exclusive License ($24.99):

• The track is immediately and permanently removed from our catalog
• No one else can purchase or license this track ever again
• You are the sole licensee with exclusive commercial rights
• All previous Standard licenses remain valid, but no new licenses can be issued
• You receive enhanced priority support
• Your license certificate is marked as "EXCLUSIVE"
• The track cannot be re-listed or made available again

Attribution

Attribution is not required for either license type, but it's always appreciated and helps support artists.

If you choose to give credit, use the following format:

If you receive a copyright claim on platforms like YouTube:

• Download your license certificate from your library
• Use the license verification link in your dispute
• Contact our support team if you need assistance
• We will support you in resolving any false copyright claims

Your license certificate serves as legal proof of your right to use the music.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products:

• Standard Licenses: Refunds are not available once the audio file has been downloaded
• Exclusive Licenses: All sales are final (the track is permanently removed from sale)
• Technical Issues: If you experience download problems, contact support for assistance
• Incorrect Purchase: Contact us immediately if you purchased the wrong track by mistake

We recommend previewing tracks carefully before purchasing.

License Verification

Every license includes:

• A unique license ID (e.g., 01HXYZ123ABC456DEF)
• A public verification URL
• A QR code linking to the verification page
• A digital signature ensuring authenticity

Anyone can verify your license at musiqueen.com/verify using your license ID.

Changes to License Terms

We may update these license terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your existing licenses are governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase and will not be affected by future changes.
